The adjustable speed magnetic shaft coupling comprises three parts: the permanent magnet rotor, the conductor rotor, and the adjustment mechanism. Both rotors are exposed to the air for cooling. The axial coupling area can be adjusted using the adjustment structure, which allows for the adjustment of both the permanent magnet and the conductor rotor. When the main motor drives the rotor, it creates a circular motion that cuts through the magnetic field lines of the permanent magnet installed at the driven end. This generates an eddy current-induced magnetic field in the conductor rotor of the driving end, which interacts with the driving end’s permanent magnet magnetic field, allowing for contactless torque transmission.

Adjust the coupling area according to the load size during use to achieve speed regulation and energy savings.
