Magnetic Motor Coupling
Harness-efficient power with magnetic motor couplings is designed to deliver smooth, contactless torque transfer, enhancing motor performance and equipment longevity with reduced wear for diverse applications in automation, pump systems, and industrial machinery.

OS Series Magnetic Motor Coupling
The magnetic coupling in the OS series typically includes a permanent magnet rotor and a conductor rotor, separated by a fixed air gap. As the main motor drives the conductor rotor, it rotates and cuts the magnetic field lines relative to the permanent magnet installed on the driven end. During circular motion, the rotor at the active end generates an eddy current-induced magnetic field. This field interacts with the permanent magnet magnetic field at the driven end, allowing for non-contact torque transmission between the two ends.

Feature of magnetic coupling
- The motor has a soft start and overload protection function.
- It has a flexible connection that effectively eliminates system vibration.
The motor has low centering requirements, making it easy to install and debug. - Its simple structure means no need to change the foundation, making it easy to transform the original system.
- Additionally, it is maintenance-free and has a long service life.
- This product suits various industries, including electric power, iron and steel mining, coal, chemical, lifting, papermaking, textiles, shipbuilding, and cement. It is designed for use with a prime mover with a power output of less than 800kW.
